When activated, Private Browsing on Safari prevents your browsing history from being kept in the history tab of the application. The private tab safari that is also known as incognito browsing is a feature that does not store or sync the visited data into a browser or online account. It’s the safest way to browse the internet online, leaving no traces behind.
If you want to search for any personal stuff or use a publicly shared computer device in your organization or at an internet cafe, then I strongly recommend using a private browsing mode.
The day before yesterday, I went to an internet cafe since my WiFi was down and I needed to do important work. While browsing there, I made sure to use the incognito tab safari to not leave any traces behind.
